ERT Architects’ BRICC Award-Winning Project Featured in “At Home” Magazine

It was such an honor to have one of our projects recognized with a BRICC Award at last fall’s gala awards dinner. The awards are given by the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) to recognize excellence in home building and design and home remodeling. HBRACC also featured the home, located on Great Island, in the spring 2024 edition of At Home magazine.

Our clients purchased the 1960s-built ranch house because of its incredible location, but it simply wasn’t large enough for their needs. Of equal concern was the home’s complete lack of ocean views. We designed a multi-story addition that increased livable space significantly and, with its added height, captured the water views from several rooms. “Capping” the addition is a snug third-story home office that enjoys 360-degree views and has a balcony that is perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets.
