Master Planning
A master plan is an evolving document that addresses two things: first – what are the current needs of the building/program and are they being met by the current space allocation; and second – what are the needs five, ten, twenty-five, or fifty years from now? Deferred maintenance, regulatory changes, and program modifications are some of the issues that can make a master plan so valuable.
