When you choose to work with ERT Architects, we remain involved during the building phase, providing construction observation. Always a critical facet of any successful construction contract, it is especially helpful to our many clients who are building second homes on Cape Cod and are unable to make regular site visits themselves.
There are many components involved in building an expansive custom home with a litany of subcontractors responsible for their own portion of the project. It is also a considerable investment. Whether acting as the general contractor or not, ERTA will continue to work on your behalf, protecting your interests and investment.
Via site visits at intervals appropriate to construction progress, and regular communication with your general contractor or builder, we continually document progress with digital photos, and in some cases, drafting progress reports for your records. We act as your primary conduit, a single point of contact if you wish, monitoring all aspects of construction including: schedule, cost, quality, accessibility, and accountability.
