ERTA Named Top Coastal Architect by OCEAN HOME MAGAZINE
For the third consecutive year, ERT Architects has been named one of Ocean Home Magazine’s Top Coastal Architects. While many awards within the home building and design industry are regional in nature and given based on a specific project, the Ocean Home award recognizes architecture firms from around the country and considers a body of work, rather than a single home.
“We are truly honored to have our work acknowledged alongside such esteemed architecture firms from around the country,” says Erik Tolley, ERT Architects’ founder and principal.
According to Ocean Home, ERT Architects is known for “a modern interpretation of classic, seaside, Shingle-style homes.” Highlights of this year include winning a Gold BRICC Award from the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod for the firm’s work in preserving a historically significant sea captain’s home in Chatham. ERT Architects also received a Silver BRICC Award for their designs for a large-scale renovation of a home in North Chatham.
Other noteworthy projects of 2025 include the completion of a substantial waterfront home on an island off the coast of Cape Cod, and a 129-unit independent living facility.
